Crystal Castles coming to Bates on Friday April 4th 2008
Crystal Castles is coming to Bates College on Friday April 4th. This is the last free weekend before the hell that is Exam Week begins. According to wikipedia:
Crystal Castles is a Toronto-based band, described by Loud & Quiet as "the most exciting and original band in the world right now" [6] consisting of multi-instrumentalist Ethan Kath and vocalist Alice Glass.[7] The group's music has been described as "innovative".[8]
Crystal Castles are known not only for their own efforts as a band, but
also because Kath has remixed songs by a number of other groups,
including "Leni" by GoodBooks,[9] "Hunting for Witches" by Bloc Party,[10] and "Atlantis to Interzone" by friends and label mates, Klaxons.[11][12]
Anywho, that just means it will be a very entertaining concert.
